aching balls that go in to my stomach frequently seem to have gotton smaller in size it started about 4-5 months ago in my left ball i started to feel the ache and then in both balls its like a achy throb pain iv been with my girlfriend for ten yrs so i know its impossible to be an std never had 1 either so could u explain what the problem is for me plz thanx bunna

If your testicles are shrinking, then it is obvious you need to see a doctor. There are quite a few things that could be the cause of this problem and you need a specialist as well as special tests to figure out what this could be.
Have you ever been using anabolic steroids? They have such a negative effects on men’s health that they could make your testicles shrink. Often, if the steroids haven’t been taken for a very long time, the problem may be dissolved with abrupting the steroids.
Your doctor may order an ultrasound to have a look what is going on in there, in the pelvic region and see if there was a cut blood flow to the testicles. You should also have a blood work done and check for hormones. You should have testosterone levels checked as well as the thyroid gland to see if it is producing enough thyroid hormone, since hypothyroidism disease could cause decreased levels of lutenizing hormone, which stimulates production of testosterone.
Your only problem could be varicocele, dilated veins above the testicles which could be backing up blood and permitting it to reach the testicle. This usually appears in just one testicle, usually the left one and rarely in both.
