aching,numbness pain in hand and fingers/rightside

I have a numbness very aching feeling in my right hand fingers. Its worst when I am laying down to go to sleep. I cannot lay on either side because my right hand fingers will ache and my left side seems to go numb. during the day a little better after I have been awake for a hour or so the pain goes a little . Its where I counldn't even cut up my salad I felt pain in my hand and arm. The pain will wake me out of my sleep. I am a big breasted women and I got new tight bras at the being of the year. I did have a problem earlier for a month or so but not this bad. It went away where I forgot about it. Then the last month its come back and much worst. It seems like its getting worst. I didn't do nothing about it before because I thought it was because of my bowling that I had did something but I have not been bowling for 3 months. I am about three months pregant. I am not sure ifs its that which I don't think so because I had this problem at the beginning of the year. I think its from my bras which I have stopped wearing with no relief which caused a pinched nerve. I need something
