aching pain dull testicle

About two months ago, I had dull aching pain in my testicle. I have ultra sound and doctor find a lump. Now I am worried because I was thinking it could not be serious situation. Now I am thinking what this lump could be, that causes me dull aching pain in testicles. Can you tell me more about this, because this drives me crazy?

I had the same dull aching pain in my right testicle few months ago. I visited doctor who found lump. She said not to worry because she found a lump that was only four mm. However, I still was feeling on and off pain all over my right testicle as dull aching pain. Doctor told me I should perform daily inspections on myself at home in the shower. Then I noticed that the lump was always at the bottom of my testicle, which was important for diagnosis. After this, I visited urologist who checked over the ultra sound and felt my epidydimis. It hurt bad and dull aching pain in testicle still was there. I would recommend you the same they told me, if the symptoms worsen, then this could be surgically removed. Until now, I did not understand what caused this dull aching pain in testicle. I just hope doctor will help me soon and I hope you will also be better soon.
