No, this is absolutely not true! The one who told you that made a good joke with you. Acne in your age are very normal and caused by “dirt” in your skin. that doesn’t mean you shout wash your face too much (not more than twice daily), because this so called dirt is deep in your skin and could also be caused by the life style, for example smoking, alcohol drinking, but not masturbating.
