I have a history of dementia in my family. I am a 55 years old and I would like to have some activities that could prevent this condition. I hope you will tell me if there are such things and how I can do it. Any kind of an advice would be useful.

Hi, I did some research of my own. My father had the same question for me some time ago. Therefore here are some advices for you. You can play chess, read books, crosswords, puzzle and other games that can improve your memory and other mental skills. Try to force yourself to memorize random information every day.
