Have you tried actonell? I’m 48 years old, and am in perimenopausal syndrome. I’ve started worry about osteoporosis. I’d start with prevention medications. What do you think about actonell? Would you recommend it or would not?
I’ve started with actonel a year ago. I take one pill every week. If you take it once week, you should take on the same day. It’s very important to take this drug with plenty of water, and not with other fluids. It helps preventing bone loss, but I’ve started with it in postmenopausal period. I guess you should not take it before you check your bone density and without doctor’s advice.
