How much acupuncture cost? And also will this kind of treatment be covered my insurance? I don't know is it like you pays for every treatment or there is a course of treatment or only when it has effect? Is anyone here that received acupuncture treatment who can explain me this? I am suffering from IBS and my MD recommended this treatment. Thanks

Each session of acupuncture costs between £20 and £40, but practitioner should inform you about the estimated number of treatments needed and how much each will cost. Treatment may take place over a few days or for several weeks or more, it depends. I treated my ovaries once a week, 10 treatments and now I will have second course of it.
