Hello, I was hoping for some advice here. My daughter is 17 and has had severe depression since she was 14. She has had 2 weeks of acupuncture and I don't see it has made a difference. She hates it, the needles. Maybe it won't work for her. is here anyone that acupuncture help in depression?
Hello, I too have been seeing an acupuncturist for the past 2 months. I am 26 years old. I am lowering my doses of effexor from 300 mg since I started. I hope with in the year I will be drug free. I think acupuncture helps me in depression. I sleep better and I am going outside more often.
