adderall swollen hands

Hello! I have been giving adderall to my child for the last 4 months for his ADHD. Nothing changed since he started taking this but this morning his hands were swollen, not slightly but pretty much. I haven’t given him anything unusual, so I am suspecting adderall. Could this be one of the adderall’s side effects?

Hi there! I am not so sure. Ok, ADerall is amphetamine but I have never heard that somebody had swollen hands as a side effect. I think it would be best if you took you child to the emergency room as there may be an underlying problem to this swelling. I have been on adderall, but I have had only those common adderall’s side effects like headaches, loss of appetite, and weight loss.
