Hi there, I am a guy who is 36 years old. I would like to know any facts you can give me about adenomatous polyp with dysplasia. This would mean very much to me. Well, I will be more than happy to help you out. All adenomas must be dysplastic. That is the fact. When an adenoma is found, it doesn't matter how old are you- you are in a greater danger for getting a colon cancer in the future. If you want a further evaluation to be done, colonoscopy might be a good idea. I hope that this is enough for you because that is all I know.
