adenomyosis after uterine ablation

Had an ablation 5/06 for heavy bleeding,,, i have had no bleeding since.
About a month ago, i had sever stomach pain/bloating,etc.... my gyn said i had something called adenomyosis???? and that the pain would likely come back each month. I am 45 and he suggested hysterecomy. He can't do the procedure laproscopic, but vag. the pain is starting to increase again now...what should i do??? Question

If you have adenomyosis and your doctor is willing to do a hysterectomy without doing other things that will probably not work anyway first then I would do it. I have been suffering with this and my insurance will not pay for a hysterectomy until all other options are exhausted first. I am tired of going through the pain and misery of this disease but the insurance apparently can control what you doctors think are best for you at the time.
