Hi everyone. I am 18 and would really like some advice from people who have more experience than me.
I am getting married in 6 months (yes.. an early marriage Smile) but it is for no reason connected to pregnancy. It is simply because me and my fiance really love each other and surrounding situations approve. However, I think I may be pregnant, and we cannot afford to have a baby right now! I need to work and study at the same time as be a wife, and as you may imagine, if we had a baby early, along with us getting married with me at such a young age, people will all think it was because we had an "accident".
Of course I hate the fact that I will be having an abortion.. it is killing another life! I have always disliked the concept of abortion. However I feel we don't have an option in this situation..
If you have experienced abortion, please give me advice on whether to undertake the procedure or not, as well as informing me of whether or not you regretted it afterwards, with the physical and emotional sideeffects.
Thankyou sisters.

I would say, who cares why other people think your getting married?
BUT
Do what you think will you make you happy both short term and long term? Will getting an abortion be a short term fix for a potentially long term responsibility? Or will it be a short term fix, with long-term regret and guilt?

I personally would not get an abortion, however I have seen many people go through with it and heard their stories. It works for a lot of people.

I'm 18 too, in a relationship. If I got pregnant now, I would keep the child, because I would feel responsible for giving it life, and taking care of it.

That's just me. Smile

I ALWAYS believe that you should do what feels right to YOU, even if other people cannot understand or comprehend your reasons.

I have had an abortion with ZERO regrets, because I knew it was right for me.
