i have just had my galdbladder removed [one week ago] and need advise on what i should or should not eat drink ect I am finding that every thing i do eat [which is very little]is just lying there and it does not seem to be digesting i would be really gratefull of any advise

Yeah, it might take some time for things to start working properly. Some people deveelop diarrhea, others constipation after gallbladder removal. It is all because of inadequate bile leakage into the intestines, so you may have problems for some time until things settle down and get used to the new situation.

You could eat what you've eaten when you had the stones to avoid attacks, low fat foods and fruits and vegetables, bulky foods and a lot of clear liquid to avoid constipation. See if you could use any fiber supplements to make the problem go away. Consult your doctor about that.
