I am completely clueless when it comes to subject of aerobic work out. I work 6 days a week and I need some sort of physical activity to create some stress relieving. I heard from my colleagues at work that aerobic work out could be a solution for me. I don't have any weight problems, only pressure in head due to intensive working atmosphere. Can aerobic work out help me with this?
Absolutely. Aerobic is present for many decades and is probably the first physical activity outside the sport competitions that entered our lives. It's a relaxed, combined with music, way to improve one's body and mind conditions. You'll get to meet people who have the same goal as you - to feel and look better!
