I am afraid that I acquired some parasitic infection. I have very bad GIT symptoms and yesterday I brought my stool specimen for control. Can I take albendazole during pregnancy?
I’ve been pregnant for 7 months and as I know, first three months are the tenderest for fetus. I am interested in affinity of albendazole in parasitic infections,
The first warning you can see on leaflet is not to take albendazole during pregnancy. I hope you haven’t taken it already. It is even directed to avoid pregnancy at least for 4-5 weeks after therapy.
Visit your doctor because of your baby’s and tour own health. I hope you are wrong and that your results will be negative. Gastro intestinal problems may be caused by several of agents. Take care
