I had a surgical abortion about 6 weeks ago and i think i started my period about a week n half ago and my period keeps getting heavier it seems like its never ending bleeding. Is there something wrong with me i have been on my period going on 2 weeks now and im starting to get worried. Surprised

Sounds like you could have an infection. You should go see your healthcare provider asap.

That is not a sign of an infection, actually...

A womans menstrual cycle DOES get heavier as the bleeding days progress.

Infection after an abortion usually happens within 2-7 days.

I also work in an abortion clinic, and am a healthcare professional =)
