What are the risks and complication with lifting more than 25 pounds the day of and the day after surgery. I did lots of lifting and dragging wet clothes around and now I have a umbilical not and pain,gas and indigestion everday and when I need to go to the restroom If I don't
go right than I get light-headness and almost pass out.
