hi my dad has heart attch 2 months ago, doctor has done angeo garm ,
since then he is having problem with stomch pain and dizzyness, short breath, canot standup and sit, big problem is now he is so weak can not lift his head ,cant sleep at night, feeling dry throught and also his thuong is being stoping when he talks, doctors has checked every thing but could not find any problem and they have done done blood test and xray ,but could not find any thing can any one tells , why his health is getting worse every day,if any one sugest , please help he is in big pain,need yor help , i dint know what to do. is any one thing stomch is distructed because of his medicen.

Hello, imran.
I'm sorry to here from your father. Short breath and dizzyness are both symptoms of Panic attacks or High Blood Preasure. If your father has suffered from a heart attack it's highly possible it's blood preasure, but you've said he's had blood tests so i'm unsure of his problem and condition. They could be side effects of his medication so read through the leaflet you get in the medications, then post back!

ASORVASTATIN Liptor 40MG ONE TABLET A DAY
nexium 40mg ONE TABLET A DAY
metoprolol (betaloc) 50mg ONE TABLET A TWICE DAY
GLICLAIDE (NIDEM) 80MG ONE TABLET A DAY
ASPIRIN (ENTERIC COATED) 100MG ONE TABLET A DAY
ISCOVER CLOPIDOGREL 75MG ONE TABLET A DAY
MAGNESIUM ASPARATE (MAGMIN) 500MG ONE TABLET TWICE A DAY
POTASSIUM CHLORIDE SR (SPAN-K) 8MMOL ONE TABLET TWICE A DAY
he has done theses tests
CT SCAN
HEAD ALTRA SOUND
ENDO SCOPPY
doctor said every thing is normal ,he hospital for 3 weeks could not find any problem. when bring him home same problem
dizzyness, head spinning , some time when sleep get dizzynes aswell
now toung is getting dry some time can not talk,
his blood pressure all most right and normal, but also he has Dibiaties ,
when he eat food he feel some thing is moving toward to brain may be gass , but evry morning fell buring in stomach tomuch can not eat any thing ,
please tell me why head spining and dizzynes happing some time chest pain, is there any thing i can do

Heyy imran,
Lack of sugar can make you go dizzy, and lack of eating can also make you have stomach pains. If he can't eat make sure he drinks pleanty of milk and water.

thanks
today we tried to make him to walk for around 5min, he feels less dizzyness but his blood presure gone very high to 131 and lower one to 98 for around 2-3 hours, then he start getting bit of pain in his chest and shoulder ,he start feeling swollen on his teeth we made him to relex for half an hours the blood pressure drop to 114 and lower one 90
i dont know whay his lower blood presure go high,
thanks i will try to give him more milk and water ,
isn't milk proudce some kind of gass in his stomach
so waht is best action to take ,
do you think may be engeo gram is not done properly, but doctor said there is no problem with that ,
