Hi there! Can you give a better description of the red, bloodlike spots? Do they look like blisters or pimples, or a rash? Are they at the opening of the vagina?
Tell me, did you use a condom and did your boyfriend had previous sexual experiences?
I honestly can’t say what it is because I can’t see them. Do you have any accompanying problems like pain, burning, itching, etc…..?
The only thing that crosses my mind is genital herpes. Even if your boyfriend didn’t have any symptoms present, he could have transmitted the virus to you. The first symptoms appear up to two weeks after sexual intercourse with an infected person and the outbreak looks like red spots at first that look like blisters, then they dry out, become crusty and very itchy and then they disappear. Like I have already said, they can be transmitted even if the carrier doesn’t have any visible symptoms.
I would go and see a gynecologist or dermatologist, even if the symptoms have subsided. Tell them everything that happened and how it looked like.
I hope it is nothing serious but if it is, it is better you knew about it. |
