Hello there, I am a guy who is 23 years old. I am a guy who likes to drink, now and then. I heard that alcohol may damage blood vessels. Is this true? If it is, then what should I do? I wouldn't like to stop drinking, it is so much fun. It would be great if I get an answer fast.

Hi there, unfortunately, it is true. What should you do? That is obvious. You should stop drinking. Alcohol in small quantity isn't that destructive towards your blood vessels but better none than some. You can ask any doctor and he would tell you the same. Alcohol isn't the only factor that may damage your blood vessels. Other factors are: stress, high blood pressure, smoking, etc.
