is anyone familiar with alfafa nutrition. I would really like to have some additional information on alfafa nutrition, but can’t seem to find it anywhere.

Hey!
Here are some basic stuff, you should know about it. alfafa nutrition is a rich in protein, vitamin A, C and K, thiamin, Calcium and Iron Riboflavin Riboflavin Phosphorus, Zinc, Copper Magnesium Pantothenic Acid. On the other hand, alfafa nutrition is low in fat, sodium and cholesterol- all three compounds 0 %!!!
But I think that better choice for weight loss would be eating vegetables and fruits.
