Hi, I am 34 years old female and I am suffering from bronchitis. When I was little girl I had allergies in early summer and latter I begin to cough. When I have visited my doctor several years ago he told me that I am suffering from chronic bronchitis which is cause by different allergens. I would like to know something more about it?
Hi, you probably had predisposition for bronchitis and allergens only helped to develop it sooner and faster. Mechanism of this kind of bronchitis is similar as for the others because these allergens are irritating mucosa of lung's airways and trigger inflammation. You would try to avoid smoke and pollution. Also dust, mold and pets may provoke your allergic bronchitis.
