Is there a concrete allergy syndrome that can certainly prove that someone is suffering from some allergic condition? I mean, if we talk about someone who, for example, lives in country and suffers from rhinitis, how can we determine that his rhinitis is allergic in nature? Can someone answer me this question, please?

Rhinitis is a concrete allergy syndrome. But I understood what you want to know. Human body is, unfortunately, still a big mystery, and some conditions could be caused by something you would never think about. As far as allergies are concerned, doctors can easily determine the diagnose by using simple skin prickle test.

A blood test or skin prick test needs to be done.
Its no help knowing you have definite allergy symptoms unless you know what is causing them. Once you figure out the cause you can figure out a plan of action
