| I have a bit embarrassing question for you. I am 23 years old and I a have a problem with my penis. At least I think it is a problem. Right under the glans, there are many tiny white spots, just like little white acnes. They are not painful, and hardly visible, but still are annoying (I mean, I know they are there). So my question is – am I washing my penis properly? |

| Well, I cannot tell you whether you are doing it properly or not. I mean since you are not having any condition or disease related to bad hygiene, you are washing it just fine. As for those white spots, they are called white papules and many men have it. They are not harmful, they are not a symptom of some illness, so do not worry. |
