ok when i was 6 my older cousin told me that when i shower to make sure i get all the soap out of my private areas by taking the head of the shower and using the jet of water, which is very stonge. but as i got older and started gong to sex ed im not sure this is very healthy, plz tell me if ive done damage to myself and if theres anything i need to do or if its what im supose to be doing

You are not doing any damage, but it is unnecessary. It is best to rinse only the outside of your vagina with water. The inside will clean itself. By rinsing water up there you may be putting yourself at risk of getting bacterial infections.
