| Well, menopause is when the periods stop permanently, but there is a period called perimenopause. Many women don’t even know about perimenopause. It is characterized by hormone fluctuation, which means you may get one period and miss another. Perimenopause can even start at the age of 35 and last until the age of 45, but it is usually a period of 5 yours before the actual menopause starts. Are you experiencing any other symptoms you haven’t had before? Even now, you may be displaying irritability, mood swings and even hot flashes that are typical sign of menopause. |
