Actually I don’t think these are cocaine’s withdrawal effects but cocaine’s (side) effects. This drug is harmful especially to the lungs, blood vessels and the heart.

The stroke effect you experienced is possible due to narrowing of the blood vessels, which leads to high blood pressure, heart’s overload to maintain circulation and if not enough blood reached the brain…..here’s your stroke.

Stroke due to cocaine use is common in men under 40 and all of them have been found constricted blood vessels and cocaine in their system.

Besides damage to the blood vessels, cocaine causes damage to the lungs as well and raises temperature of the body which could be dangerous. Besides that it may cause very strong headaches.

I know that the cocaine provides a perfect feeling (for short) but if this happened once, it will happen again and it may not end up so well.

Well after 6 years you got completely detoxified from cocaine and your body reacted on
it like it was the first time for you. Did you know that cocaine can cause withdrawal symptoms even if used only once? Most common short term effects are increased blood pressure because of vasoconstriction, dilated pupils, increased energy, high body temperature, decreased appetite. They differ from long term cocaine effects. You should face with the fact that cocaine is very potent drug and affects nervous system very strong. It can cause addiction after one using.
