Hi there, I am not sure what is wrong with me. Lately I am feeling that everybody wants to get me. Am I just paranoid or it is real? Please help me if you can. I really don't know what to do with myself. I would go to some doctor but I can't trust them either. Well, that is it. I really need an answer fast.

Hello, I can only say this to you. You have to speak with psychiatrist. That is crucial. You are just paranoid, and that is why you have to speak with someone. I don't really know much about this mental illness but when you go and see specialist, he will be able to tell you what to do further. I can only wish you the best.
