am i pregent or not

Oct 27th06 i was early with my period by 5 days had intercorse on days 7, 8 and 9 , since than i have had 3 periods but the peroid has been shorter (eg. i usaully go for 5 days now it has change to around 36hrs to 48hrs and the period is not a spotting one ...i have put on weight and op half of my stomach is bloating , my hands and feet swell sitting or standing. i have developed low back ache too. i took a test about two weeks ago came back neg. when i was pregent with my last child who just turn 8 i was around 15weeks_18weeks and they had to take out my left ovary due to having a cyst which was contuning to grow.
as with my two other pregencey i feel staight away with the first i new straight away, and missed my periods, with the second i had the cyst and did no until i had over 3 test all showed neg but had no period. so only having the on ovary i don t know if this may change the way i show that i am pregenet. thanks for listening
