am i prego or not i havent started for 2 months and all test have come up neg

ok so i have not started my period for 2 months and 12 days i have been checked for pregnacy and it came up negitive on everything so i dont no whats wrong i am 16 and i am having a milky discharge more then normal but i have also been tested for STDS and i am clean so could i still be prego? even though the blood test came up negitive? thanks for your time
