Hello!
My mother was prescribed with amnesteem. She drinks alcohol on daily basis (not plently), but always 1 or 2 dcl of red wine during lunch or dinner… for health, she says : ) BTW, there were books written on this topic (red wine for healthier life). I was reading instructions, and stated DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL… during treatment?
What happens if she drinks alcohol during amnesteem treatment?

No, she shouldn’t drink alcohol while on amnesteem… she just simply shouldn’t, even thought she drinks for her health… I really do not know what exactly would happen if she would drink… However, some people get very sad or angry when on this medicine, so can oyu imagine what would happen in interaction with alcohol?! Besides, medicine is not recommended to people with family history of mental diseases (like anorexia).
