hi im 30 yrs old my periods have suddenly stopped iv done 2 pregnancy test both neg now im at that stage that im wondering if im suffering menopause if my fertile days are over is there anyway id be able to fall pregnant again as im really upset to menopause tests have been positive im devastated and dont know what to do next
