Another broken vase! Another disturbing domestic fight. My anger outburst become uncontrolled since my meno started. There is no way to have this anger under control. I am not quite sure what to do. What do you think? I am afraid of losing my family because of this. Do you have any advice that may help me?

I think that I could have few advices for you. First try to talk with yourself and try to find out what is so disturbing for you. Not everything is related to meno. Second, talk this over with your family and find out their opinion about this matter. If all this does not help, find some expert who might help you. And, off course, try to share your problems with other women who may have the same troubles.
