I have developed angioedema and hives. I have suffered with them for four years now. The doctors do not know what is causing them, and I am being treated with Zyrtec and Atarax. Yet, even with these drugs on a regular basis, I have hives on a daily basis. A friend read an article about a possible connetion between a tubal pregnancy and angioedema. I had a tubal pregnancy in which my tube burst 8 years ago. The burst tube was left in me and was "tied off". I had it removed 5 years ago. The angioedema began 5 years ago, shortly before the tube was removed. Could a particle from the tube have implanted itself in my uteral wall and be causing this problem?
