I have trouble traveling along ways.
does anyone else have this problem? feel like youre going to lose your mine. heart racing, short of breath. feel closed in. feel youre going to lose control of your mine and self. rushing to get home. If you yhink about what you felt later you feel it start to hapen again.

Well, I get that but not when I have to travel long ways. It can happen any time, any place in any situation. It is called an anxiety and if you start panicking, then it is a panic attack.

This is a mental disorder that causes stress hormones production in access that raise your blood pressure, make the heart pump really fast, you lose your breath and you may get scarred and sometimes feel as if you were going to faint.

If this happens often to you, I would see a doctor about it. It is not embarrassing to see a doctor about it because it is the only way to get help. Talking to someone and realizing the problem and thinking about it really helps too. This is how I managed to get over it.
