| Hello. I am a guy that is 32 years old, and due to the accident I had four months ago, I was hospitalized. I was in a hospital until few weeks ago. I was unable to feed until month ago. I am anorexic, don't have any appetite ( but I eat ok even dough I do it on force). I must ask you – can I exercise? |

| It is ok for you to exercise, but do not overwork yourself. I am worried about your appetite. You should wait a little until your appetite comes back, because it would be bad if you would use most of the energy – without eating anything. So exercise, but not too much – you be a judge of how much. Wish you fast recovery. |
