| I have problem with my younger daughter. She refuses to eat and she is constantly losing weight. My neighbor, who is a doctor, told me that I have to pay attention on her condition and that she is in threat to develop anorexia disorder. I was too embarrassed to ask him what it is. So, can you tell me something about it? |

| It is condition in which person is obsessed with desire to be more thinner, so they refuse to gain a normal weight, they starve themselves, they can be preoccupied with exercising and they tend to use laxatives or force themselves to vomit. They loose their self esteem. All of this can have severe consequences on your daughter health, both physical and mental. |
