Tubal blockage is rare. I highly doubt that is what your problem is. There are many factors that are important that you left out.
1. Your age?
2. Do you have any pain in your lower back (i.e. ovarian location), suggesting a medical problem?
3. Have you ever been PG before?
4. How often are you having sex?
5. Are you excited and wet when you have sex?
First and foremost, if you want to get pregnant, do not get up after sex! When you finish, just place some Toliet Paper between your legs as to not get the bed wet. Do not cram it way up in there, or it will soak all of the fluid into the paper, just enough to keep the bed and your legs dry. Then lay on your back for at least 30 mins., preferably with a pillow under your bum to help gravity along with making those little guys go in the direction you want them to.
Secondly, if you are not excited or wet, then it is going to be more difficult. The reason our bodies were created to get wet down there, was to facilitate pregnancy. The fluid allows the sperm to travel much faster and easier. If you are dry, that is not natures way. Not that you can't get pregnant without being wet---it just helps it along.
Third, if you are very young, say 14-18 yrs old, this can hinder pregnancy. Your body isn't meant to be pregnant so young, and if you are that young, you need to seriously consider what a baby will do to your life. Also, is the father going to be around for the entirety of the child's life. Consider these things.
I will add a litte note that has been documented and helpful to an entire friend of the family line. Since you are not PG yet, if you would like a girl, douche with vinegar and water and if you want a boy, douch with baking soda and water. Female sperm thrive in acidic conditions like vinegar and male sperm thrive in alkaline conditions, like baking soda. The opposite is true for each other. Female sperm die in alkaline, and male die in vinegar. Only douche on the days when you are NOT having sex. You want to just create an environment of acidity or alkaline. Douching on the day of sex, is not good. And only douche 3x a week or less.
If however, you just want to get pregnant and don't care.......disregard the above paragraph.
