We have been waiting to put on protection until towards the end and have been ok so far. I recently went on antibotics for a week. Does that increase the chances of any pre-ejac swimmers to attack?

If you are on an antibiotic, if you arent wanting to conceive at this time, use an alternate form of birth control. Up to and including a week after you are finished using the anti-biotic. The anti-biotic interacts with the birth control. Making it less potent.
