Anxiety of HIV and stressing about HIV may play tricks with your body however it will not bring on it's symptoms. I am thinking that you are going or have gone for blood work for pregnancy and HIV was one of the tests. Understandably, it is a stressful time for you, however, the main reason the test is being administered is due to the fact that if your test did come out positive measures can be taken to enusre HIV is now passed to you baby.
