Hi, I am 36 years female and I am suffering from anxiety for some time already. It started last year when my mother was very sick and I thought she will die. Since than I have anxiety attacks followed by sweating, hard breathing and insomnia. In last few months I started to feel better but I my hands are still sweating when I feel tense.
Hi, sweating of hands is very frequent in people who are anxious. Some people react that way while the other has other symptoms like hard breathing or speeding up of hearth rate. In such situations you may try to relax your self to control your breathing and to calm down yourself. Also you may try with some herbal tranquilizers like valerian drops.
