anxiety regarding people of different social background

My friend is 29 years old and he is suffering from anxieties. Watching him deal with his problems made me wonder about anxieties regarding people of different social background. Is there some statistics that would show what social group is most affected by unexplainable fears? Perhaps, if some pattern is discovered, it would be easier to deal with this condition.

You are right about that. But, you are forgetting one thing; human mind is a wonderful and terrifying thing. Therefore, no definite rule can be made about conditions that affect human psyche. Still, there are all sorts of therapies and medicaments that might help people with this kind of problem. At least that is achieved!
