It seems that my husband developed the worst possible anxiety - anxiety regarding people. He tries to hide it, but I can see that he avoids his friends and meeting new people, the only contact he has is with colleagues at work and it looks like he subdued that to minimum too. What can I do now? Basically, I am the only person he has a normal relationship with.
In that case, you must help him. You must talk to him and make him explain you his fears. How long does it last, how intensive it is, what are the details etc. He has a normal relationship with you, so he can achieve that with other people, but what happened? Why is he acting like that now? If necessary, you can ask for an expert's opinion.
