i am suffering from anxitey from last 12 years how can a get final remedy to remove this problem from root level

I don't know if you can expect to get rid of the problem. I have suffered from anxiety my whole life. Of course certain periods in my life where tougher than others. I've been on meds for the past 5 years. I have not yet had individual therapy which I'm going to try and start doing. I think this is the only way to get to the root of the problem. Even then, it might not ever go away completely, but I think you could probably learn some tools to help you control it.

I don't know if you are religious or not, but a lot of people have been helpd with anxiety and depression by having a strong sense of faith. Pray and believe that God will take care of you. Believe that you cannot control everything; therefore, it's not worth worrying about. Believe me, it's alot easier said than done. I tell myself this all the time and still suffer, but I feel that the more you work on it the better it will get.
