please help i think im suffering from anxiety i have dizzy spells i think the worst about my health all the time please has any body had this please talk
I have noticed that you have posted some more questions about dieting and exercising. Do you have any problems with overweight or other eating problems. This can also cause your anxiety and dizzy spells , so maybe it would be better if you explained the whole situation, maybe there would be more people who could help you and share their experience.
It is not just girls that suffer from eating disorders. Most of these disorders are of psychological nature and ask for professional help.
