Hi i have anxiety and reflux cant seem to fix either prob. I nhad 2 hart opps as a kid so i always worrie its my hart witch dosnt help . Think maybe my anxiety causes my reflux or other way around no clue but it is scary. have been in and outa the doc's office for ever it seems to help. I have been to doc about my hart they say it looks ok but still cant stop thinkin thats it, and how dangerous are the attacks they dont feel good so theres gotta be some kinda long term probs that can come from it. On nexium for the reflux ive lost 28 lbs in a month sure thats no healthy. well just comment or somethin if this sounds like you hate feelin alone

I suffer from anxiety and have been getting reflux due to gastritis. I've found Gaviscon helps with my reflux, also elevating your sleep position a bit. Please reply if you want more detailed info.
