any coorelation on archnoid cyst and cystic fibrosis

My daughter has a arachnoid cyst in the pineal region she is now being tested for cystic fibrosis. Could there by any coorelation? I've read that CF produces an over abundance if arachidonic acid and I wondered about the relation.
