any natural solutins to hot flashes?

Hi, I am 53 years old and I have problems with hot flashes in my menopause. Sometimes it is so frequent that I really dont feel good at all. My friend told me about some natural pills or something like that, which may be very helpful so I would be very thankful if someone has information about it.

Hi, I also had problems with hot flashes several months ago and I decided to try Bellamine. It is natural product of herb called Bella Donna and I may tell you it s very helpful. After several days I didnt experiences flashes any more. However you have to take care not to overdose because it may cause side effects. Possible side effects are mouth dryness, headaches and blur vision.
