any possible harmful interactions from Concerta taken with Promethazine?

I travel a lot in a day, almost three hours and I have to say that Promethazine helps me a lot with motion sickness. If it wasn't for that medication, I would not know how to deal with nausea. I have been using this for almost 6 months and I must say that it changed my life completely. My friend recommended me to take Promethazine for my condition. Are there any possible harmful interactions from Concerta taken with Promethazine?

I must say that Promethazine helped me too with my nausea problems. I have never thought that nausea could be such a severe condition. Since I vomited often, I felt weak and exhausted, which almost led me t quit my job. Things look much better now. Anyway, as for interactions all I have heard is that Concerta and our medicament are not compatible at all, that they negate each other's effect. Also, some complications regarding psychotic symptoms might occur.
