any problems if small testicles?

I would like to hear if there could be any problems if small testicles are present. I actually was always having small testicles but never paid attention to it I thought it's not a big deal until recently when I noticed little lumps on and around my testicles. So I would like to know if this could be something more serious and what problems small testicles might provoke. I have to mention I don't feel any pain or some other symptom. Thanks!

It is more likely you have scrotal masses which may not be anything serious but on the other hand may indicate some more serious disease even in the lack of symptoms or pain so it is better to check this with your doc as you as you can especially if those lumps are there for longer than 2 weeks. Small testicles are not any problem but if such its size is related to some disorder or illness such as scrotal masses than some problems might appear. These scrotal masses are filled with fruit or with solid material and are usually caused by some infection or inflammation but also by some cyst or tumor which could be malignant or not so whenever there are some lumps and swelling it is always need to be checked by the doc just to make sure if it is about cancer and if it is than this cancer could be treated effectively if recognized on time. But on the other hand small testicles might be caused by some other condition or they are simply of small size and if so than there are no problems regarding small testicles.
